Price and Payment
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. The total price in the shopping cart included all fees - VAT, shipping, and payment.
Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.

Minors under the age of 18 must have a guardian's approval to purchase from us.
Right of Withdrawal
A deal is complete once you have received, tried, and approved your goods. If you are not satisfied, you will get your money back!
As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase, free of charge and without a particular reason. You have a 14-calendar-day cancellation period, which begins on the day you receive the item. Please contact us before you return the item, informing us of the order number or sending a copy of the invoice. If returning by posting, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
If the agreement concerns a specially manufactured product, i.e., a made-to-order product does not apply to the return policy. For these particular items, you have a one-time exchange right for other in-store items. Please see the made-to-order policy for more info.
For return products, please comply with the requirements as follows:
- The item must be kept in the new condition as when you purchased it.
- The item must not be used (but can be tried on).
- The item must not be washed.
- The item's brand label must not be removed.
Usually 4-6 weeks, but during the low season June-December, the dresses may arrive slightly earlier.
Please note that there will be high demands on our made-to-order dresses during February-May since many want to look nice for the spring events.
Therefore, we recommend adding extra 2 weeks to the normal delivery time. The normal delivery time will not apply during this period. Please make sure to order your dress as early as possible!

We can possibly produce a made-to-order dress within 3 weeks!
We are not financially responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. We reserve the right for final sales, for the stocking with our suppliers, as well as any price errors that may occur. If an item becomes backlisted or delayed, we will inform you via e-mail with an estimated delivery time.
You provide your personal data when you register and place your order with us. You agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to acquire our stored data. You can request us to remove or correct the data if it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant. In that case, please contact us by e-mail.
The shipping cost is SEK 69 within Sweden. We send all shipments with Postnord within Sweden and Finland.
If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your goods will remain in the post office for four weeks. Unclaimed goods will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the cost for return shipping and handling fee, which is SEK 200.
We comply with the Distance Trading Act. Therefore, we always enclose the original packaging and every brand tag. It is you, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring your return reaches us. Contact us before you return an item, including the order number or attaching a copy of the invoice. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Defective or Faulty Goods
Please get in touch with Customer Service as soon as possible if you received a defective or wrongly delivered item. This must be made within 14 days for an improperly delivered product. Please also make sure to file a complaint within 1 month. We will take care of shipping costs in the case of wrong deliveries and complaints.
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall repay what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible, at the latest, within 15 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return costs by yourself when you send the item back.

We always follow the Consumer Purchase Act and recommendations from the General Complaints Board.
